This weeks Post: Post Poned!

 I will be posting a lot this week from the SPECTACULAR Pebble Beach Food and Wine Experience.  I will be having the time of my life working side by side with my culinary heroes and some brats as well, can you say Wolfgang "PUNK". I will give you the real dish on this incredible event taking place this Thursday through Sunday.

I am driving today to one of the most sparking, sensational places in the world, the Monterey Peninsula to work, side by side with Ming Tsai, Tyler Florence, Laura Werlin, Jacques Pepin and ... oh, my Mr. Thomas Keller. Oh goodness..my knives are sharpened and so are my senses...better than Christmas so STAY TUNED!

I think I know some answers already from past experience...with Wolfgang at Macy's Union Square, assisting Tyler at a cook book shoot at his home in Mill Valley...
